I don't have a specific recommendation, but I'd suggest a "helmet-cam" rather than a "body-cam" as it's probably more important to record what you're looking at than where your body's pointing. I'd suggest getting a recommendation from a bicycle shop -- a lot of cyclists (and skiers) are using these ...

Hi guys. Long story short, I have recently acquired a fully trained protection dog. When I walk him I want to wear a body cam in the unfortunate event that there is a problem with a person or dog intending to harm me. Are there any recommendations for body cams you may have some experience with? I can google and read amazon reviews but I would also like some input from anyone who has used one that they like. Thank you so much!
