Not all Minimal challenges allow any cropping, but all allow 90-degree rotation.

Geeze, my bad. I'm genuinely losing it :-(

I asked thru a ticket 'cause of this: You may... rotate your image in 90-degree increments (90, 180, or 270 degrees).

So when I saw that rotaion was allowed incrementally I specifically asked if the extra rules allowed straightening.

Hey, when you guys make a rule exception, you have to realize we will find the wording to be vague and question it! LOL!!!

Clarity would be good. Bear? Anyone?

i wanted to rotate it a tiny bit as it would have been a much better composition .. but thought i had to do only 90 degree rotations ..
i was confused so i just cropped from the original orientation .. ??

"You MUST crop your image to a perfect square. You MAY rotate your image incrementally as well. Otherwise, Minimal editing rules are in force. Not-Square images will be DQ'd."

To me this means that we can straighten it. I am not an English native speaker :)

Can we crop as much as we want or just and little as to cut a square from the original + what may be cut out by slightly rotating it to make it straight?

Thanks!
