It's true that quite a few of the old regulars have moved on, but many of us are still around. DPC is still, IMHO, the wonderful, tight-knit community that it always has been. |

For a few years I was addicted to DPC. I entered most challenges. Constantly hit the "refresh" button to see how my entries we doing. Studied the "How'd They Do That" section. Attended a few DPC Get Togethers in PA (good times).
And then in 2009, I had to sell a bunch of my equipment and I drifted away.. I discounted all I had learned from DPC, how the topics pushed me outside my comfort zone and Challenged me. I took fewer photographs. Lost my passion.
Well, now I'm back. My passion is rekindled. I've realized how much I learned from DPC. I've missed this community of photography enthusiasts.
I noticed that several of the regulars from the past are no longer around. Maybe they're like me and will be back soon. Hopefully.
I do recognize a few names from the past, NikonJeb, AlanFreed, Bear Music, ArtROFLMAO, and others. It's good to see you're still here : )
New camera body in hand, lenses replaced, I'm ready to participate again.
