Absolutely allowed. Here's a link to the rule set. The other rules are on the left hand side. Also, under every challenge, there is a link to the rule set for that challenge.

I have not been active on this site for about 6 years. In standard editing are we aloud to dodge and burn? If so can someone link to the rule that says we can?
