Welcome! I hope he mentioned that the scores will probably be a little lower than you expect at first, but we pretty much all share that experience (especially me!). :-)
Check the rules carefully, and especially make sure that your camera is set to the correct date/time, and keep the original of your entry just as it comes off the card. There are a couple of helpful "sticky" threads at the top of this Welcome section which may answer some other questions about the site. |

Yup, Pretzel... that's me.
Only been at this photography thing, in a serious sense, for a couple of years, but have found in it a love for sharing things often unseen. Backdoorhippie mentioned DPC to me, so I came and checked it out... and joined! Looking forward to being stretched by the challenges, and helped by the community! |
