| I got an email a few weeks ago asking to confirm my account. Since I didn't really have an interest in the contest topics, I didn't reply. I'm wondering if Leo got little to no response and just decided to bag it. |

So is this completely gone now?
before, the main page was gone, but the forums were still there.
Now there doesn't seem to be any access at all? |

Because of my working hours, voting will start Saturday morning server time. I am not sure when yet, but Saturday you should be able to start casting your votes.
Until then you still have time to register and upload your BW/Sepia HAT photos... no time restrictions, as long as you have the original file. |

*** To those who are registered to www.true-awards.com, please read carefully...***
The username and passwords you are registered at the main page...
will ONLY work at the upload sign in page...
It will NOT work at the forum sign in page...
Until you change your password at the upload sign in page...
Forum registration through the forum page dos NOT work at the moment. Only way is to use above method.
Otherwise, I hope most of you will be uploading your photos soon, deadline is tomorrow midnight.

If you have registered but did NOT receive an email with a temp password, please PM me, I will send you your pass through email.

If you're talking about the forum, there is a process for that, but I just entered your info there, try again... it should work now... |

If you're talking about the forum, there is a process for that, but I just entered your info there, try again... it should work now... |

For some reason my username and password no longer works. I even tried the Forget Your Password option and it says "There Was A Problem With Your Details Either the UserName or the E-mail Address you entered does not exist in the database."

I have sent emails to registered users the other day. My code sent out 34 emails in 5 seconds with "noreply" subject-line. That probably annoyed the watchdogs. I have contacted Bullguard and let them know. They said 48 hours should clear the name. emails were not spams, it's just sent too quick too many!
here is the email that was sent...
"Hi,
This is the only eMail you will be receiving from true-awards.com until the end of voting for the "HATS" competition.
If you have entered your photo, good luck. If you haven't, there are 4 more days (deadline Friday Jan 31st, 2014) for you to do so.
Just to remind you, there is no time restriction for your photos. It could be taken in 1995, or 2 days ago, as long as you have the original file, out of your camera, your photo is good to go.
"HATS" is a BW/Sepia competition with a provided optional layer that can be used ... advance editing rules applied.
Here are the prizes for the "HATS" competition:
1st place
Free DPChallenge membership, Mastering Model Shoot book, framed certification
2nd place
Free DPChallenge membership, 15 oz. "True Awards" coffee mug, framed certification
3rd place

Are you using any open source scripts behind the scene? I tried at home and working fine but when I tried at work it gave me following message and didn't allow me to open the site.
"THIS WEBSITE MAY CREATE A SECURITY RISK: www.true-awards.com
You are attempting to access a website that has not been confirmed as safe. In the near future, this website will be blocked and you will no longer have the option to proceed." |

The site is listed as a malicious site that may be stealing identity information, plant viruses on your machine or do other harmful things.
