I can't remember what her username was here, but this young woman does all of her shooting from a wheelchair, and she's really, really good. Awards and the whole nine yards! Here's her website:

I hope you get better soon, now that you have the blood back to your heart again.
This sounds like a great idea for a challenge, or even a side challenge.
One of my good friends, Ian Sands, who lives locally, is a photographer and has lived with a scooter for about half of his adult life. He broke his neck diving off a boat in the Bahamas, near his hometown. He is fighting it and winning though. He can now take a few steps with a walker.
ETA, His wrists are not strong enough to use a DSLR, but he does very well with a good point n' shoot.

Thanks cory, iam starting to walk a bit with a walker but I lost so much weight after drs misdiagnosed hert spasms as back pain something like 20 kgs in 8 months. i eventually had a congestive coronary failure and they put a stent in the left ventricle. But as I am so thin my legs mostly dont want to support me. i look anorexic but am not. Trying to set some goals for incntives.

Sandy, I wasn't aware that you too had a new perspective on the world... Sorry to hear that, but it sounds like you're taking it rather well.

I thought this was a good idea, but now I think it's a marvelous idea.
