Nobody said 'brown ribbons' yet! I think that gets me a brownie point or something...

I find myself collecting episodes of shows I like. Companies are slower than molasses to release them on DVD :( Sure, I bought the first season, now where are the other 10!!

Keychains (from places I visit)...and well, nothing else really unless you count trying to keep all the tickets stubs I've gotten over the most recent years...

Mostly pins. Started with some Volksmarch pins in Germany and just kept getting them wherever we went. My wife and I are up over 2,000 by now, including a complete set of Star Trek Episode pins (Yes! I am a Trekkie and NO! I do not have a uniform or Vulcan ears).

Here is just one pin board.

I also collect Micro Machines Spaceship Figures. I have almost every one made with only a shortage of two - 3 pack sets that are currently going for about $100 each on Ebay. Too rich for my blood.

[quote=StevePax]You can't throw those out. They might fit again someday.[quote=StevePax]

Mine actually did. I lost almost 50 pounds. Never give up the dream.

We seem to be collecting those too. Not necessarily voluntarily, though. My toddler gets them, plays with them till we get home, then leaves them in the Jeep floor. :-)

I used to collect public telephone cards in Brazil. They don't use coins there - they have these little magnetic cards that you stick in a slot on the phone that you can buy just about anywhere. I had a collection of several hundred unique ones, some complete series, etc. It was fun. They are in my garage now - I bet they'd be worth good money in Brazil these days.

I like this collection. I used to collect seaglass but I finally got around to using it all in an art project for school that I no longer have.

I collect turtle and dolphin figurines, stephen king books, and pets lol. Here's a pic of some of my SK books...

And there's some pics of some of my pets in my profile. I have 3 ferrets, 3 guinea pigs, 3 degus, 2 sugar gliders, a hamster, a rabbit, 2 dogs and 3 fish tanks with fish. I love them all.
