Hi. Nowadays, you can never be too careful to protect your personal information. And to do that, I recommend you to check more safteguarding apps here: www passwordmanagers net

At least he told me which image they're interested in, and let me know he'd keep my contact info on hand for next time around.

Here's the pic they were interested in using, linked from my ancient pBase site.

You may have missed your chance at fame, but it doesn't sound like you missed your chance at a big payout if they opened and closed in four days...

Ah bugger. Well, maybe Microsoft would be interested? ;-)

John,
Here are links to a couple recent threads that you may find useful.

First Thread. To bad the original post was deleted, but I believe it was a question on a city skyline shot for web use.

Thread 2.

Hi all, yes I still lurk around here from time to time but not so much for participation. I regret to say that Facebook has taken over my online camaraderie that used to come from here. I'll let you know what happens with the Apple thing.

Wow, cool. I'd suggest something in trade... iPad?

Stock photo pricing calculator

This link might be of some help. Also Apple may have a budget for this, since I'm sure they do this a lot. See what they are offering, and go from there.

Wow, long time no hear John. Where ya been? As for your licensing fee, I have no clue. Someone else will. But stick around awhile, friend; we miss you!

I got an inquiry from Apple about licensing one of my images for their desktop/background/wallpaper. I don't know which image they're interested in, nor whether it's for the Mac, iPad, iPhone or all three. Since I'm not into the business of things like this, any tips or hints on how to handle this? I'm guessing they'll make an offer and I'll either accept or reject - there won't be much negotiation, but any ideas what a fair offer is for something like this?
