Sunday night is what we were shooting for. I usually try to figure out who hasn't done critiques by Sunday afternoon though, then I can start looking into doing them myself or soliciting some help with them...

I'm done. #119, #81, #43 and #5.

Sorry (again) that it took so long, but I really can only do my assignments on the weekends. I think people should wait with reassignments and asking for critiques until Monday, when it's clear that somebody didn't have the time to do his/her assignments. Otherwise the critics will feel a bit pressured to rush out their comments.

I've no ideas on how to handle the problem of people failing to complete their assignments though it would be worth remembering that we aren't making any guarantees to critique every photo in a challenge.
If a member fails to meet their assignment without prior arrangement with you perhaps it's simply a case of knocking their name out of the list and moving on?
On a separate note I have noticed that a few of critiques from a couple of CC members are very very brief - little more than the kind of comments I make on a day to day basis. I am not sure that they offer the photographer any advice above what has already been gleaned from the comments the photos received during voting. Do you have any thoughts on that?

I won't reassign to the CC members who have not completed by tonight... I will wait for them to ask for more assignments probably...

I have sent emails and received two responses from the 9 so far... both say they will finish...

John, I would suggest emailing the critiquers that haven't done theirs and if no response in 24 hrs reassign them. I'll do another.
Ask them if they are going to do theirs and if they want assignments in the future.

when do the new years and black and white get critiqued? or will it probably be a week or two delay on critiques?
