And thank you for your wonderful comments! Even though I didn't make it through the month, I did try to leave a fair amount of comments as well.

Omage a Georges de la Tour
This is a photo of a little clay statuette that in the early morning light brought to my mind all the sweetness and emotion specific to this amazing painter

Sorry, I kind of fell out of this one. Now that my only halfway decent lens got smashed I can't even jump back in. Anyway, I'm hoping to have a chance to go through the thread this weekend and leave some comments.

Seems I am unable to participate. After discovering how to link to an external image (not being a full member) I am now getting an error message saying I can't post links as I am a new user.

Was considering using this in Free Study, but just pulled it for a different photo.

Did a studio session today with four different models. Did pretty much the whole thing with tungsten modelling lights and a fast prime. Quite liberating.

I have a bunch of commenting to catch up on here - been distracted with the Best of 2010 up until now.

More snapshotish, but super fun! The infamous Jutilda!

After reading a tutorial on portrait editing by Susie Lawson in aftercapture, I thought I'd try some of the techniques which were quite different than I would usually do (mainly the editing of skin...)

Please feel free to add critical comments.
