well it does have an option to change shutter speed. I see it under slow shutter to 1/8, 1/2, 1/4, 1.

According to this page, the camera doesn't have manual exposure (aperture, shutter speed) controls.

So, that's probably why you can't figure out how to change it.

I have a Panasonic Lumix DMC TZ3, and I can not figure out how to change the aperture. I understand that aperture is how narrow or wide your lens is when it takes the picture and that it is represented by f and a number, however I can not find an option on my camera to change it. There is and ISO, shutter speed, Metering mode, AF mode, several different flash options, but non of them change the aperture. However when I look at the display screen for my photos the aperture does go up and down. However when I fool around with different options i never see it change. WHat is going on?
