I'm using a Nikon SB900 and SB600

You match it up with f/stop on your camera and it will tell you the distance range where you will get a good exposure on your subject with the flash.

It would help to know the model of flash that you are using for more specific advice.

Need some help here guys...can someone please tell me what the "F" stop on the speed flash do and and how or when should I use it? Thanks!!!
