Kind of bummed I didn't take part in this, this year, it's just been crazy busy & short on funds.
I do hope everyone has a very Merry Christmas (or Happy whichever Holiday you celebrate!) & a Happy New Year!!

Out of curiousilty, is there a list of people that didn't get their wish fulfilled?

Ya never know, Santa might still be looking,

Ray

Honestly, I don't know. I sent out a few things, nothing much really. I just meant that usually this is a big thread every year. Last year I sent homemade cookies to some people but this year didn't even make any because of cost & time restraints.

Anyway, a big thanks to BAMartin for the warm pj's and the adorable jacket for Riley! And to bergiekat for the yummy smelling candles that make me want to take a bite out them! Merry Christmas to one and all!

And my package to you will go out Friday. I was finishing 1 more book that I wanted to put in there. LOL!

I printed a couple bookmarks, then ran out of ink. I have ink coming tomorrow, so I'll get on those too and get Wendy's out by Friday as well.

eta: Anyone else want bookmarks? PM me your address.

Well, we are in december. The economic crisis is still there, affecting many of us but this is a very generous community, sometimes it's not a question of money : to receive a nice postcard may put a smile on a face and warmth in the heart.

You all know how this works...
List your wishes, I'm sure that some will be fulfilled or granted.
Let's try to make some people happy !

P.D. If someone is interested in some home made earrings, please send me a message.

UPDATE

It was not on my list, but thanks to Sevlow I'll have a new lens ! Woohoo !!!!

This sounds great, but I really just would like the books. I work 10 hour days, most of which is that I have to remain there but have no real work to do. I spend much of my time reading. Do you gave a good book that you are finished with that you would not mind sharing with me? I would be so happy to receive them.

check your mailbox in a couple of days.

Anyone interested in a (pure) silk necklace with a small pendant ? Tell me the color you prefer and I gladly would tint the silk.

bookmooch.com is also an amazing place for trading read or unwanted books - i havent paid for anything for a book in years! (except DESPERATLY popular stuff, sometimes if you want to read it asap it requires a purchase.)

What genre do you most prefer? PM me with your snail mail addy, and when I get finished with what I read, I'll send it to you. FWIW, I prowl yard sales and usually am able to grab paperbacks for $0.25 each or less. I'm two thirds of the way through Richard Adams' (Watership Down) Shardik, and I'd be happy to send it along.... I read mostly what I call pulp fiction....adventure, mystery, with some chick lit thrown in here and there.

I love serial killer novels and love stories......go figure!
