If I submit a printable image for my june free study shot now, and it gets approved and I put it up for sale before the challenge starts, will the image show up in my storefront? Im just curious because I leave for camp on Monday and wont be here for the June free study results but I have submitted a shot and I think it will make a nice print. BTW, Im gonna have my mom write me my scores and comments.

Geez, Hsteg, how many threads have you got going? My arm's getting tired following you. From the DPCPrints Seller's FAQ:

You can submit your prints for review, even if the challenge image it is associated with is still in submission or voting status. That print will not show up on DPC Prints, however, until the challenge results are in. It is a good idea to upload your prints during submission and voting time, because then your print will be available as soon as the results are public -- and if you win the challenge, that means big exposure.

Scalvert,

I have always enjoyed taking photos. Just tried my first "wedding" for my middle son back in November. Any advice?

mk, I'm really new to this site. I am still trying to learn the mechanics. Thank you for the advice. I will use it constructively. :)

You can email your original as proof to one of the SC members or admins before you leave so that we can validate it should we need to.

What if the original JPEG is too large to email? With 8MP, I find the jpegs to average about 3.5MB.

As long as you are able to send out files that large, someone on the SC will be able to receive it.

Just make sure you don't upload a photo into your portfolio--use the image that's in the challenge. I can't wait to see it!

I've started the proof-request process on your submission so that you can submit your proof now. For future reference, you should contact us through the Help->Contact page.
