In the current challenge there is an entry entitled "Moon Shadows". Can anyone other than the artist that created the entry tell me how they did that? |

Simple:
Set shutter speed to ''Bulb''. Frame and place your models in the shot. Open shutter. After a couple of seconds, cover the lens with black construction paper. Have your models move to the new position. Uncover lens. Wait a couple more seconds and release the shutter.
It is a well done effort I must say.

if the exposure is long enough, you do not even need to cover the lens. I saw a photo of the Golden Gate Bridge taken with a neutral density filter, and the traffic did not show up. Kind of strange.
