Those are pretty cool. Reminds me a bit of the guy who photographs the cheesy souvenirs overlaying the real thing in the scene. Wish I had a link to it, but I can't recall his name.

For those who are interested, Drew Gardner's "The Decendants" project is pretty cool. He replicates old photographs with the subjects living decendants, and does it very well! |

The one with the World Trade Center reminds me of the Village Voice cover (photo by Andre Souroujon) after 9/11.
