Has anyone ever tried contacting Manfrotto using their contact us form?

It's driving me bonkers!!! They're using a validation randomizer that displays a series of numbers/letters that you're supposed to type in and submit. Nothing I try is working. Can't tell if it requires spaces, uppercase, lowercase, etc... I've typed without any spaces, then tried matching the spacing of what's displayed...all with NO LUCK!

Here's the most recent random display -->

The URL for the Manfrotto contact page is: //www.manfrotto.com/Jahia/site/manfrotto/cache/offonce/pid/3429

Care to take a swipe at it?

Thanks.

Yeah it works fine, no spaces, case respected ... but it might prefer firefox than others.

Thanks. I'll try hitting it with Firefox (about time to install that on this laptop anyway).

I have a tripod head at Manfrotto at the moment for repair. I will tell you that these folks are the poorest communicators in the world. I have called and emailed them multiple times......no response.....except when they called me wanting a credit card number (which had been sent which I shipped the head)

I sent them the head the first week of December and don't have it back yet.

I will have serious reservations about buying another product from them based on the service I am receiving.

Oooohhh! That's not good. I have a tripod head, 2 weeks short of 3 years old (warranty period), that needs some attention (won't hold the QR plate tight anymore). I was trying to contact them to inquire about the process (warranty repair).

Now, I've installed Firefox, and I STILL can't get past the random numeric/alpha generator to submit the contact form!

It finally worked for me but only when I got a sequence of letters that were all uppercase plus 2 numbers. It took 9 tries. They have uppercase letters that are physically smaller than some lowercase letters and that's what's confusing us I think.

That certainly is user friendly, wouldn't you say? :-) I'll try again here in a little bit. Thanks!

Well...I give up. I just tried to submit the contact form another dozen times, using Firefox, and still no luck. They must think all is well on their end as customers can't contact them at all, hence zero complaints!
