The company I work for started using the Spider Holster for events and weddings. It felt really weird to remove the straps and and rely on the holster but its been awesome for us. After a few uses it feel natural and very easy move within a crowd. Thought I would pass it.

My good God, I am smart enough to know how to run the damn camera. Why would you talk to me like I’m the moron. 15 seconds into the video I shut it down, there is no way I would ever buy this!

My first thought upon seeing the into video was:"Draw, varmint!"

Unique idea, though I think I would be worried about whacking my camera against something like a post or a doorframe.

I just found this thread. The guy who invented this (the photographer in the video) is a friend of mine. The videos are a little hokey but the product is pretty cool. I haven't purchased one yet, but if I end up getting a 70-200 lens I'll probably pick one up. It supposed to be much more comfortable than using a neck strap.

I have a Rapid R Strap and really like it. You can see it Here . The other belt seems interesting but I do believe I will stick with mine.

Me? I like my Rapid R Strap. not near as clumsy looking/acting and always out of the way. Never had a problem with it. I like the comfort too.
