Well this sports photographer is in between seasons and finishing up a fundraiser for a couple of organizations that has helped my family over the years. I met up with a friend from High school who wanted some photos of her little one. Spent about an hour in the park with them. Comments and critiques welcome.

All shot with my 1DMKIII, 70-200 lens, and a 580EXII off camera triggered with a set of AB
cybersyncs and through an AB large brolly. Cropped, edited and resized. These are the proofs
I am delivering. Let me have it.

Really lovely work, Matt! I enjoyed viewing them and as I remarked on one, I suspect you have the job of shooting this young lady every year from now on!

Thanks everyone. I have already been asked by her sister to photograph her daughters, and then the three of them together. I just hope I haven't set the bar too high with this one for the other shoot. :D

I think you did an amazing job with the surroundings and what you had to work with. You did an amazing job with her and she looks extremely happy to have her picture taken.

Here are my fav's from your shoot.

Overall pretty good. The ones on the slide not so good. They seem a little washed out.
The ones of her playing in the leaves have nice rich tones and capture her in a playful mood.
The ones of her in the chair are ok also.

This one is my fav of the bunch.
