I recently uncovered a great photo i took back in 2007, but never saved the original copy, just the 640x438 version that I submitted to DPC. I was wondering if there was a way I could blow this image up to 1280x876 without losing any image quality. I've tried two programs, SmillaEnlarger and SizeFixer, but neither seemed to enlarge the photo any better then photoshop. If anyone knows a photoshop CS2 trick (that's the version i have) or a program, or anything I could do to enlarge this image to the size I would like, please post below. Vector doesn't work either, I tried. Thanks in advance!

Unfortunately this is simply not possible. The extra pixels have been lost and there's no way for a computer to recreate them using anything algorithmic.
