Yesterday while I was on vacation I got some of the worst news anyone could ever get. Without getting too much into how he died I would just like to say to Neil that I'm sorry I couldn't have done more, I'm sorry I wasn't there during your toughest moment and I wish there was some other solution.

Thank you for the times we've had together, thank you for everything you taught me, the conversations we've had, the moments and for being a good friend. If it wasn't for movie night at your house I don't think we would have been as close as we were. Thanks for letting me borrow your lenses and camera, thanks for being a part of my life and I promise the only thing I will ever remember is those good times.

I Love you man! Thanks

People come into our lives for different reasons and Neil being your friend for a shorter time than you would have liked doesn't diminish the importance of your bond. You'll always have the memories and those will never go away. I'm so sorry!!

Thanks for posting the pictures. I looks like it was a wonderful cookout. I'll be on the computer working for the next 2.5 hours, but I'll check back often. I know you don't know me well (if at all), but I understand hurting. So if you need someone to type to...

I'm so sorry for your loss.

Death can be sudden and we can feel so helpless - it often brings so many 'if onlys'.

My thoughts go out to you, your wife, his family and friends.

He seemed very young to leave this earth.

Ohmygosh! I am so sad! I want to cry with you Joseph! I certainly didn't know him like you did, but I had enough interaction with him to feel like he was a member of our amazing dpc family, and the shock of losing a family member is reeling!

I'm so sorry for your pain. I'm so SO sorry for the pain his family is experiencing and will experience the rest of their lives.

Thank you for letting us know so we can all grieve together!

Oh that's really bad news. I didn't know Neil, of course, but I always got a cool vibe off of him to the extent that I ever saw what he was doing in DPC. I'm sorry for your loss.

Hey Joe - I am very sorry to hear. I echo Sandy's sentiments - I didn't know him that well, but he was part of our DPC family and it sucks to lose anyone. Hang in there, Joe and cherish the memories.
