As many of you know, Natalya ( talj) and I are putting together a book of hope with the help of many photographers here on DPC and we'd like to ask for your ideas for the books title!

Obviously we'd like the title to catch people's attention and, if at all possible, include the word 'HOPE'.

We have also gained permission to use the lyrics from 'You'll never walk alone' by Rogers and Hammerstein within the book and we'd be interested to hear any suggestions you have based on these lyrics:

When you walk through a storm hold your head up high,
And don't be afraid of the dark.
At the end of a storm is a golden sky
And the sweet silver song of a lark.

Walk on through the wind,
Walk on through the rain,
Tho' your dreams be tossed and blown.
Walk on, walk on with hope in your heart,
And you'll never walk alone,
You'll never walk alone!

So, if you have any suggestions please post them here by May 1st 2009 and once we've reached that date we will put a poll on our website for you to vote for your favourite J

The person who suggests the winning title will win a years membership on DPChallenge! Title suggestions must be made in this thread to count.

Right, I'll start off the suggestions with 'Images of Hope', it shouldn't be too hard to beat that lol.

Well, my first thought it to combine your idea "Images of Hope" with "Walking," and out came:

"Walking With Hope"

Still maybe too simple? Has several meanings, though. I like simple title, though. Perhaps that's because I don't read much. ;) Could be drawn out to longer forms -- "Images From Walking With Hope" or "Images From My Walk With Hope," etc.

"Hopeprints of the Heart"

It's kind of a play off of handprints or fingerprints that we leave in peoples lives, but these are "hopeprints" that are left on people's hearts. Plus the second meaning of "hopeprints" being the prints, or pictures of hope.

I don’t do graphics so I hope a description will do. Just one word “Hope” in large letters. The H-P-and E in a bright color. The O is the DPC ribbon symbol with blue being replaced by the color representing the ribbon color of brain tumors (I believe that’s gray ?). Also for the people that don’t know what DPC is, using the same DPC symbol as a lens have a outline of a DSLR behind it.
Ok my description sucks, but I hope you can see it the way I do..

Dare to Hope (then as a subtitle) and you'll never walk alone. Kind of long but I've seen longer. Or just Dare to Hope.
