I like it. Looks like something you might see at a horse track.

I like it. Looks like something that might be uses in a flyer or ad for a racetrack. If this were in a challenge, punching up the saturation on the yellow might give it it more high-scoring pop, but it's just fine as it is.

i think its beautiful...i also think the saturation could be a little bit more just to give it that extra wow factor but other than that its stunning.

i will try these things. thank you. i hope to get more comments as well.

a little background. these horses are the world famous lippazaners travelling exhibition where photographs are encouraged. i thought these two looked like carasel horses and found a poem about caresels, translated it in french and added the scripted font in the background with certain words (like horse {cheval} or phrases a little clearer.

it interesting that some see them as race horses that could be used as a race track ad. but i am so knowledgable about this particular discipline (dressage) that i totally see it from a different perspective.

thanks again, kim

These are the most graceful horses in the world, horse and rider become one to put on fantastic shows around the world.

You have capture the natural grace and elegance they display. To mistake them for racehorses is to compare a Chevy SUV with a Ferrari:)

These are truly beatiful animals captured in an equally beautiful photo:)

I saw the lippazaners when they came to the US a few years ago, I think it was the first time they toured here in many, many years.

I was so excited to try some photography--the tickets said no flash, so I was just going to up my ISO. unfortunately, when they came out, they said no photography. I suppose it's hard to ensure people aren't using flash. oh well, it was a truly incredible show.

on to your photograph. I loved it. The only thing that I would change, is that the misty white on the background seems to follow the outline of the horse. I'd make it a little more random. (I've seen too many amateur photoshoppers try to dodge someone's face, and end up with a white halo around them--so when I see it, it always reminds me of that) It's a truly beautiful photo.

I often pretend my Nissan pickup truck is a Porsche.
