LOL, I think I'm with you. Just too Micky Mouse for me although the model Judi has posted is a great concept.

Could try Modular Origami if you want to spend several hours making something to photograph.

Haha, wow, that was a lot of post-it notes... I wanna try that.

I went to the store today to pick up some post-it notes... I never realized how expensive they are.

It is called price gauging I think... they've heard about the next DPC challenge and raised prices...

For anyone that is thinking of covering a wall or doing a mural remember that post its go for up to $3.00 for only one pack. There are about 200 post it sheets all together in one regular size pack of 4. If I am right that amount wont even cover 1/8 of one wall. I just bought a pack last week for personal use that cost me $2.96 with tax at my local grocery store and I was outraged at the cost to. If you go to the dollar store and buy a pack they are a lot cheaper but they do not stick hardly at all and the paper is not a good weight. They are very cheap. You get what you pay for. I tried the dollar store ones once and had to end up using tape to make them stick. hahah.

At any rate I will be in this challenge and I have a great idea to JDubsgirl and it will be cool to see what every one else comes up with!

Costco has real post-it notes, but you have to buy a big pack. They're a lot cheaper than the grocery store.
