I took the picture at the Osaka zoo here in Japan, but forgot to read the sign...

Go onto the Zoo's website and look it up - most Zoos have pretty comprehensive websites, and sometimes you can tell just by the online map.

This is a mountain goat. I took this photo at 14,250' elevation.
