I find it difficult... OK, challenging, to try and get a shot everyday. My family is not too sure about this lensbaby class I'm taking, but so far they are humoring me.

Rather than comment on the whole load individually I'll just say this is a great LB compilation from Russia. You have a great eye for color. My favorite is the 'Britany Spears Tickets' photo.

Nice work!

I really love his stuff. Thanks for the link. I'm cursing you people because now I'm reconsidering buying ANOTHER LB. I might like the control freak version though. I need someone who has had a 2.0 and the following models- which are the "easiest." LOL

Jutilda, the Composer gives you a lot of control too, maybe just as easy as the Control Freak but without the extra knobs - if the Control Freak isn't much different from the 3G (and it was modeled on it), I suspect that one might be just as much a frustrating hand-holding experience for you, I know it is for me. But the Composer is a breeze to use.

Oh - see? I needed someone to explain it just like that. THANK YOU!!

Judy, I have the Lensbaby 2.0 and the Composer. What I really like about the 2.0 is the more fluid motion of squeezing and bending. It feels a bit more spontaneous to me. The composer is more precise, though, since you tilt the lens in the direction that you want it to go, and it stays put while you twist the focusing ring to refine the area of focus. The aperture rings are also easier to change on the Composer since you use a magnetic wand rather than the hook-like device for the 2.0. C'mon...save up and get one. We all know that you have some Lensbaby Magic just dying to express itself.

Another friendly nudge to Jutilda to take the plunge and get a composer, we know you'll be brilliant with that lens.

I'm also sending a nudge toward the composer for jutilda. ...but I am afraid she would dominate with it.

Thanks for the great comments on my photos guys, I'll keep them coming soon.
If anybody's interested in the aperture used, I can tell you for sure that it was the widest ring (f/2.8 I think) cause I never take it off :-)

don't quite know what you mean - you mean the interchangeable optics, or other filter/lens attachment accessories?

If you mean the accessories, along with the Composer I got the Lensbaby Accessory Kit, which includes includes the Lensbaby 0.6X Wide Angle / 1.6X Telephoto Kit, the Lensbaby Macro Kit, and the Lensbaby Creative Aperture Kit.

The macro attachments are quite fine! The wide angle and telephoto lenses are nice, but I haven't fully explored them. The apertures...well, the star and heart may be kinda hokey :-) But you get blank ones too, and there is a great example of some interesting patterns you can achieve when you cut your own and example images on the lensbaby site in the forum here.

Please, oh PLEASE get the Composer at least, Judy, I really think you will love it!

I hope you don't mind, I'm going to post this old one for today - it still stands as one of my personal favorite LB shots
