Not too much bothers me. With boneheaded drivers, heck, with luck, I will never see 'em again.
With rude people, I can shrug and expect they'll go away pretty soon and I bask in the company
of those who are sweet.

BUT, those pundits on NPR, PRI, etc. who find it necessary to say "Absolutely!" when a
simple "yes" would do, well, may they fail the great tongue-twister test in the sky
and fall to earth, wordless.

Tell me about it. I got the worst look from a bartender the other day. I payed $7 for two bottles of bud light. Your damn tip better be included in that. He expected a few additional bucks just because society tells us that he deserves something for the effort. That's a bunch of shenanigans. I feel like watching Reservoir Dogs now. jeesh.

Oh, and I can't staaaand the sound of a clock ticking when I'm trying to fall asleep.

Happy Meal toys that talk.

And said toys when the sprogs leave them in the van (yes, I drive a mini-van), and they "talk" to me as I'm driving. However, I do not know they are in there and I think I've started hearing voices.

At least you live in Texas . There are so many Cowboy fans up here

Well what do you expect? They're America's Team.

;-)

They have not made the playoffs since 1996 . I think they lost that label there are not even Texas's Team anymore

At least you're not a Lions fan...Talk about true NFL suckage.

There are no such toys. You are hearing voices.

Ha. And yet you still will find legions of Cowboys fans everywhere. Why? Because they're STILL America's Team.

You said so yourself, there are tons of Cowboys fans there. They're everywhere. Don't hate. ;-)

Staff at the photoprint counter who listen to you explaining that you have a strange-sized print (11.5 inches x 12.75inches), pointing out to you the 12"x18" option and agreeing when you say that yeah, you'd have to go with that and trim off the extra blank space, THEN telling you, when you complain that they've stretched the 12.75 to 18 and cropped a third of the 11.5 height that their machines NEVER print with any white, and can't be set to print any dimensions beyond the standard ones. So why didn't he tell me that when I expressly asked about that very thing???

When people use their kids photo as their profile photo.

Maybe when I have kids I'll understand but right now it drives me nuts!!!

i'd agree with this one. fernando gonzalas must owe everyone money... and when i call the number back to get them to remove my number i need to provide a reference number, or account number, so they can find the account - but i don't have either. but they never leave a message - or if they do it's just some mean sounding dude saying to call this number () asap...

so it's a never ending circle of utter frustration, and the damn collector is never going to get their cut by calling me !

You know, that scenario left me with chills. The resulting image must have looked truly grotesque (possibly you could pass it off as surreal). I assume you found a different source?

The only good musicals have f'n in them.

The perfect musical would be nothing but singing and f'in, preferably simultaneously.

i think that person was being honest. because he didn't welcome the fact that he had to help you, but then it's not really a problem, and thus his apt reply.

edit: spellchecker :)
