Can somebody please tell me how to create simple frames in photoshop? I "finally" realized that any picture will look better when it is framed?
Also, is it possible to create an "action" to add frames to multiple photos (a la batch)?

Thanks in advance!

I disagree on the 'any picture will look better when it is framed' but here goes.

Sorry, I disagree with that, also.
I prefer to let the photo shine for itself, most of them don't need a border at all.
I am ok with a VERY small and basic border, but dislike big or colored ones (at least most of the time).

It seems every time I use a frame in a challenge (other than a small simple black one), I get negative comments about it.

I agree that every photo should be able to stand alone without a frame, but sometimes the frame can really enhanse a photo.
I don't think all frames should be bashed. People don't mat and frame the wall art for nothing.
I wont negatively score an image on its frame unless its really clashing or drawing my eye from the photo.

I also believe by learning frames and learning actions teaches you about the workings of photoshop.
Play with it and have fun. You will learn more playing with your ideas so have a ball.

Thanks everybody

- Kosmikkeeper's advice
for some reason, when I "select all" as I follow you video, the option to "contract" does not highlight. What can cause that?

Many thanks
