Yes, at the start of a challenge, the number of comments can sometimes be a better indicator than the score - more 'cherry picker' comments mean a better image. I actually don't mind not getting comments on this one, but it is a bit hinky. Maybe the comments will come later.
Edit to add - I just got 2 more comments so I'm up to 4. Maybe no record after all.

Well, it looks like this won't be my challenge for 100% completion either. Between the side challenges at work (yes, that's bad!) and the unfortunate preparations for a hurricane that isn't actually going to hit us (at least not full strength! [I hope!]), there is no way I'm making 100% comments on this challenge.
I know that many of you are going to be disappointed at this news (those would be the ones that have not received a comment,) and some will wish I had come to this realization sooner (you know who you are!)
Still, I intend to keep at it in the limited time I have left and I hope for only two things:
1. That I actually manage to leave a constructive comment on an image that helps a photographer grow in skill, confidence and ability.
2. That I don't tell  IreneM to invest in a macro lens,  Scalvert to stop being afraid of his creative side, and  Art Roflmao that DPC has seen enough woodies (and better done, to boot!)
There are some incredible shots in this challenge, and I wish I had time to comment on all of them. |

I'm still sitting in 5.7 territory with a 5.68xx
It's been as high as 5.79, and as low as 5.45.
This is almost exactly what I predicted. |
