Not enough space on the page to cover it all... Gods I need to clean off my desk. Here's the highlights though:

4 woodies (since I just shot that challenge)
Several duckies (the wife shot that challenge)
a few photo's I've printed out.
a local guide to foilage
a bamboo plant
half a dozen spools of cd's
half a dozen magazines
some string for playing with the kitties
miscellaneous home office supplies
and assortment of tools
some snacks ;o)
and probably a couple pounds worth of paper

all on a 3"X5" desk.

The question should be; what's not on my desk. lol

I don't have the time to list everything now but I'll come back later.

Oboy. I'm not sure if I'm willing to post a photo of this disaster.

Lessee...

-Rocket blower (attempted to clean my sensor yesterday)
-Stacks of assorted photo, computer and cycling magazines. (planning on scanning the articles I wish to keep)
-Modest collection of rubber duckies
-Manilla envelope of Flickr buttons to be distributed to my local meetup group.
-Mail to be sorted through.
-Bottle of neatsfoot oil
-Coolpix L3 with a lens error. (a gift to my nephew last Christmas, that he broke within 30 minutes of receiving it.)
-Various toys that I thought were interesting. (Iron Man, screaming Woot monkey, Captain America, dragon with glasses and cowboy hat, mach 5, pooping pig, etc.)
-My infamous shoehorn
-Bicycle seatpack
-Dancing musical chicken-hamster

I've been intending on straightening up this clutter for weeks now. It's been on my "will do this weekend" list for the last 2 months. You know, if I post a photo of the mess, maybe that will encourage me to tidy it up.

And yet, it doesn't look *TOO* cluttered yet.

Actually very little. Maybe because we just built and installed a new desk/table to accommodate his and hers pcs? You should see what all is on the dining room table, on top of the woodstove and on the floor hereabouts. Waiting. Waiting for Godot.

Probably should have... no, I know I should have, cleaned it up before I took the picture. But, in any case, here is my el cheapo computer desk.

It cost me all of about $75 to make, back in 1994. So I definetly have had my money's worth out of it. It's been moved through four homes, and halfway across country and has a few scars, but for mdf, particle board, and vinyl, it has stood the test of time. The first house, I had to bring the top in through the window.

I'd replace it, but I can't find anything this big or bigger, at any kind of affordable price.
