Wonder if anyone has had this issue before. Suddenly my AF is stuck on the right AF point. I am unable to to select an AF point other than the right. If I set the AF mode to "Closet subject" they all seem to work just fine. So I know they work, why can't choose the one I want?

This happened to me too. I thought I was screwed and was just about to take it in for servicing when I re-read my manual. That little switch just under the round multi selector is on L which is your focus lock, put it on the dot and you're good to go.

Thanks. I must have accidentally switched it. You are awesome. Love blueberries...

We both had D70's. If you have the kit lens, the focus will never be dead on, it just sucks lol.

My d70s has no trouble focusing the kit lens. I think it sux for other reasons but I still use it occasionally.

Glad I could be of help Roger. Not too long before I'm buried in berries :D
