Rain again =(

On a side note, does anyone know why it would look fairly sharp in lightroom but looks soft when I export it?

I have heard that lightroom does all the sharpening before it does the croping and resizing when exporting. This usually causes a problem since you lose a bit of sharpness when you resize. I don't know if this is fact but it does make sense to me.
