Hi all,
I am doing some charity work for a local humane society and we're planning a big fundraiser with a 60 second clip/slideshow of street dogs here in the Bahamas. The plan is to raise awareness and funds for the development of a couple initiatives (new processing room, snaptests, etc.).

| Noel, I have trouble with the flikr hookup. As well, I find it hard to rate according to your categories, but I want to support your efforts. I have to say that "good" photos will work better than gutsy ones, ie well focused especially on the eyes - doesn't matter so much if the dog is beat up if there is that doggie thing we all love in their eyes. I think the public can well imagine that dog life is not wonderful in some countries. On the other hand if the photo showing appalling conditions is well done beyond the demands of documentation - OK, maybe a trifle gutsy.... Were I to buy a print (I don't buy prints) it would be for the artistry of it. I hope this is helpful. |
