Been trying to take a nice mirror photo of my daughter. Here's the best one I got so far.

Any ideas of what else I can try to make the photos even better? Is it too warm?

It's not too warm if accurate representation of tungsten lighting is the goal, and FWIW I don't think that it would look better with a cooler color balance. I do think that the lighting is not optimal; it's relatively "hard" and vertical, making for harsh, heavy shadows and the blown-out skin on the top of her head. Look at lighting it the same way you'd light any portrait... you want relatively diffuse, but somewhat directional lighting to accent features, but avoid dark shadows. There is an additional requirement, that the light source not show up in the mirror, so placement is more constrained. Experiment!

A big start would be getting your daughter to look at the camera (thru the mirror, of course) ... this would mean she was engaging you (and then engaging the viewer) rather than just doing her own thing and you happened to be there. The photo then changes from a "snapshot" to a "portrait" (both terms used lightly).
