Canon EF-S 17-85mm f/4-5.6 IS USM

I used the time interval on my D200 and I want to put them all together into an avi as a time-lapse video. I plan on doing more. Can someone recommend a good app. I'd like something easy, but with enough options so that I can have fun...if that makes sense.
