SPOILER

It's actually quite simple. The game asks you for the color or your number at first. This leaves him with 5 possibilities. After a few other useless and random questions he asks you in which house is your number. If you look closely you'll see that each house gets a number from each suite of color from the first picture. In other words, even though he changed the colors there is a red, purple, green, black and blue number in every house. After that the rest is useless until you reach the doors and then it draws your number under the first door you click and random ones under the other doors.

I still don't get it..... but I'm old.

It's a one out of 5 for the first pick...
and a one out of 6 for the second.

How the heck can it calculate my number from that?

Let's say you chose Number '1', which is pink.

You click on the pink button, so it now knows that your number is either 21, 22, 1, 14, or 6

The next step 'Click on one of the colors below' is meaningless and has no effect on the outcome.

The next step is the houses. Look carefully. The numbers 1, 21, 14, 22 and 6 are all in different houses.

Regardless of what colour you picked, each number of that colour will ALWAYS be in different houses.

So when I click on House A, combined with the color 'Pink', my number can only be Number '1'

The rest of the steps are meaningless and only there to throw you off.
