You need to contact a local studio photographer and set up a photo session where they can produce some photos of you with your instrument in various poses, or possibly create some photos of you performing...

I think perhaps  lelani is the photographer who has been asked about creating photos for a press kit, and is wondering what she should provide.
Lelani, your question really isn't clear, and we're kind of guessing. Perhaps you could start over and provide us with a clear question and the details of your situation? As it is, I suspect readers may be afraid of investing a lot of time into composing an answer that might be to the wrong question.

I dont see see how this is confusing haha.
What is in a press kit.
What kind of shots are best used for press photos.
Does anyone have a sample press kit for a band/musician online? |

A press kit is basically what a band sends to labels. It usually has their music, some photos, what they are about etc etc.
No railroad tracks, no brick walls, not immature etc etc
