My bee and Flower photos in the challenges didnt do that well
Most people said the bee,In my bee and Daisy shot in my December challenge looked dead (He was not)Just very big and full of pollen
The other challenge N/G Bee and Thistle said it was blurry I say he was buzzing! LOL
I took these two images today and I feel they are better I haven't done a thing to them they are just straight from the camera.
I like them I hope you do. Please dont say the Bee looks dead! null

I like these much better.
The bee(s) appear too be sharper.

I like the first shot especially the DOF used however the colors look a bit bland. A little more light would have helped.

On the second I think the DOF could have been more shallow to throw the background out of focus more. As it is now it competes with the main subject too much (imho).

finally moving the main subject out of the center of the shot would help - try recropping with the bee positioned in one of the main "rule of thirds" intersections. The first shot maybe moved to the lower left and the second shot moved to the lower right.
