I know that Joey no longer offers his old DVD. Is there anyone out there that has it and is not longer using it and is interested in selling? If you are, PM me. Thanks.

Hi,

You could try contacting the man himself... not sure if he's still active on this site (haven't seen his name in a while), but he does have a website i think you can contact him through, and since it's a business call I don't think he would mind too much.

If not, there might even be something on eBay.

I had done just that, that is how I know he is no longer offering it. I was hoping that someone here had one they were willing to sell.

Those babies are going to be worth a fortune in twenty years or so. Not for the content, so much as for the marker-scrawled label. Good luck!

Another user gave me his copy of the DVD to take a look at. I still have it. I'm in sort of a financial pinch right now and if I could come up with about $7,000 I would be doing fine.

I'll take 7 grand now and you can sell it in 20 years for 700 grand.

PM me.

pssst...might want to check P2P file sharing. (e.g. using Limewire, Bearshare, Morpheus, Gnucleus or any other Gnutella client).

It'll be worthless without a proper cameo intro. ;-P

Haha, the only Joey Lawrence you'd be downloading off of Limewire is the pop singer "In These Arms." hot sexy tunes I wish I was the other Joey Lawrence

Do we get a discount if we pre-order? ;)

Hey Joey,

could you ship to UK? I have an omni-region dvd player so it's no trouble playing it. I was trying to find some of your earlier stuff but to no avail.

Have you ever considered collating everything into a book? Include some colour pics, nice foreword and the rest would be pretty easy I presume. Just get a lot of screenshots... I did something similar for a friend (well, it was about guns and hunting, not photos) where he told me everything and I collated it all into the printed word. It exists in 10 copies he privately made for himself and his hunting buddies.

I've always shipped to the UK and burned the disc according to the area, either PAL or NTSC. The next one will also be available for download but the packaging is real nice so it's worth the shipping time ;-)

I've been around long enough to remember this one:

Such a shame you're so young ;-)

I am glad this topic picked up.

Joey, you said in a few weeks... when is that? And to second wavelength's question: Do we get a discount if we pre-order? And how much will thid DVD be?

Also, is the new DVD going to be much different than the last one? What new features are you adding?

Thanks.
09/04/2007 01:51:30 PM · #24
Joey, you should make these videos availible on itunes. Then you get the money and don't have to worry about getting them distributed.
09/04/2007 02:51:12 PM · #25
If the DVD is going to be different then the last one, you can count me in since I already have the first one.

I think what would be cool is a whole series of mini lessons. That way people could practice each one individually.

Also, If I sent you an image, could you tell what kind of processing you would do to it? I have one but I'm not sure which way to go.
