Ebay Listing

Yet another deal to be had! He's also selling a d2xs among other things. How the hell does one get away with this crap?

Do you see that 'email me' form that pops up? - Surely that's not an ebay feature? - It looks like he's hacked some Javascript into the listing to get that pop-up.

Oh definitely not normal. Just pisses me off that people do this and think they're accomplishing something by being selfish bastards. Not to mention teasing the masses. OK, teasing me!

I bet eBay would like to know about this. If he's trying to sell it without seller's fees I'm sure they would do something about it.

Don't try and contact the seller directly, it takes to a phony EBay login page. Note the address is .ca not .com.

Well, there IS an Ebay.ca, but why would anyone in the States, only shipping to the States, list on Canadian Ebay??

eta; I wonder if it's possible the seller doesn't even know that's there? Could it be placed by one of those bait-and-switch companies who will then email you with a too-good-to-be-true deal?

I just meant it's a login page, possibly to steal a password.

You're right, the seller may not know it's there.
