...you're cooking and at some point you surprise yourself thinking "it doesn't matter if I don't put enough salt in the recipe now, I can always add more in post-processing".

Happened to me last night.

The honest answer is...even I sat here 24/7 that still wouldn't be too much time...;-)

"gosh..i forgot feeding the cats again."..poor cats keep meow.

"wait..another 5 mins"..then it takes more that 10 mins.

"where's the document?" mistakenly open it with cs for editing instead of reading texts.

"will have my dinner later"..missed on-time dinner or lunch.

"wow..i can't believe I get over 7.0 score for the latest challenge's entry" - early morning half asleep, basically it was a dream then checking 1st day voting in few minutes with face dropped.

And if you are work then "I am sorry can you please repeat that" and in your mind, wooo..what a nice shot ;);)

You call the people by their real names instead of their screen names, and you don't have to look at their profile to get it.

Might be worth resurrecting this old thread, since the 100+ things listed there don't seem to have changed much ;o)

OMG, that thread was started back in 2002... a long history of addiction...

And yes, most of those still hold so true.

...when you skip reading a lot of forum threads because you can pretty much tell from the thread title how the discussion is going and who is saying what. :-)

When you start Photoshopping physical home repairs. I was replacing some ugly track lighting on our ceiling beams and discovered that the holes used for the old lights were much bigger than the new ones. I took a macro shot of the wood, matched the color in PS and covered the holes with matte prints to hide them. Nobody will ever know... unless someone requests validation. :-O

when you block DPC access in your firewall and have your wife change the admin password and not tell you.

when you want to strangle your wife for forgetting the firewall admin password.

when you develop a split personailty and become your username.

when your office is filled with woodies, rubber duckies, other assorted toys, and your freezer is full of frozen insects.

when your only friends have names like idnic, CheeseMan, theGrandWazoo, Beetle, crayon, etc. etc.

when you can easily think of all of the above and much more.
