I was reading some comments in my Sharlene folder yesterday, and it gave me an idea.

It will probably fail in the long run, as my ideas usually do.
Anyway, I get a stuffed toy of some kind (not Sharlene - she's not actually mine. She's an independent emu...), take some photos and post them here. Then I post it to someone else to do the same. So, this toy will end up going around the world however many times, being photographed at local sites or whatever.
The only rule would be to have it no longer than two weeks before posting it to the next willing participant. (However, I'll probably break that rule as I will take it on the plane when I go to Australia at the end of the month ;-Þ).

Introducing Peregrine the Travelling Tiger

Unfortunately I haven't had time to take him to any spectacular sites like the Toshogu Shrine in Nikko, and the weather has been very dull (though actually I was at an interesting spot yesterday and he stayed in the car.... grrr).
From Japan, he will visit Australia, and possibly meet Harold the well-travelled Garden Gnome.

Judi, get him sent to you then I will come over and pick him up and bring him to my place. Then I will send him to his next destination.
