Yes, congrats to you all! I just realized that the whole family were winners - and I gave a "10" to each (first time I've ever voted on all three winners!)

I'm wondering........when photographs are submitted into a contest is it OK for someone else to set the shot up, or complete the post-processing, or complete the editing? Just wondering......

Well I didn't really do the work for anyone. My husband is quite capable of his own editing, and my son, well, he is learning fast.

I only helped him to pick the motivational phraze. I do help him with editing (suggest steps, etc.), but I do not do it for him.

I think it's great that your teaching your son great photography, and post-processing technique as well. I was not questioning your Husband doing his own work, but of course your son. It would appear from his portolio that someone who's very knowledgeable in photography is guiding his work. Shot selection, setup, and post processing. There's a signifcant difference between giving pointers here and there, and "Stand here, set your camera to F4.0, focus on that point." etc, etc. If it's more like the latter than the former than I would question entering his work into contests as his own. If he's doing 90% of the work on his own than I take my cap off and say, "The young man is quite good!"
