I thought you might wonder that. So I put a score next to it. :) |
:) Begs the question, why not a 10?

Aren't just the ball of the foot and the toes on the ground, whilst the heel is in the air, hidden inside the baggy jeans... If that makes sense. |
You weren't the only one Haneke. ;) I've looked at it several times and latenflip's post just turned the light on for me! |
First off, thanks everyone who posted re: my backside entry. I'm so happy that it was so well received. It's one of those that I loved but didn't think would fly well. Shows how much I know. :)
And secondly, latentflip has it right. The heel is up under the cuff of the jeans. Being a very tall girl when I was younger (and still today) I was stigmatised for having to wear jeans that were always just a little too short. So now I make up for it for buying jeans that are always just a bit too long. Highwater syndrome I guess. :-)
Thanks again! :) |

I didn't give out ribbons this week. The challenge description seemed to be a bit overbearing, not just on the photographers but also on my ability to judge. So much of it was about looking for Waldo. Not that I mind, it was fun. Anyway, these are two that I scored the highest. I feel they addressed the challenge in some way while really focusing on creating a good picture (which makes them good candidates for the OOBIE as well):

I love this thread. I didn't get a chance to vote in any of the challenges this week and this is a nice place to see some of the more interesting entries - thanks, all, for posting your choices! |

And that's how I'm using it for the open challenges this week. I didn't get a chance to vote on them, but I love the picks from this thread! Thank you! I'll have ribbon picks for sci-fi and free study... |
