Toni Overbee Photograhy

Are you here, Toni? Are you willing to tell us your secret? Anyone else know how she does that? I'm especially curious about how she gets the eyes to look like that.

creepy creepy creepy.........Think she uses a eye template and clones them in?

First she channels a demonic being into the child. Then she uses a soft box for the catchlight.

The eyes look clearly to be enlarged.

The eyes are cut and paste from a porcelain doll.

Liquify filter. Use the enlarge took and set the brush to a little bigger than the eyes. Set all numbers to 50% and click until your happy.

The I think the eyes are what are called "doll eyes". I remember a thread from a while back about this type of editing. If you look, all the eyes are the same and the lip color are the same also. I'm sure none of the girls look like the photos on her website. I think its scary looking. Like a deer in headlights look.

We should have a challenge about this. Self-Portrait buggy eye challenge. It would be the funniest thing ever.

Every professional portrait photographer strives to create their own unique look. The "barbie doll" look is hers.

Looks like the eyes always come from the same source and that iris color and size are changed to protect the guilty and kinda, sorta make a caricature of the real person.

Yeah, I think those pictures are kind of creepy too, but the beauty pageant crowd around here goes nuts for her stuff. I have a co-worker who paid $350 sitting fee for her daughter to sit with her.

There's a sucker born every day.

*goes to raise my prices to $900 per hour*

She lives in Alabama, I could so bust in on her market. :-) Oh wait, sorry, I don't suck. Damn, I could have made a fortune... :-)

I actually stumbled upon something like this while learning CS3. I was using the healing tool and I think I changed it from 'proximity match' to 'texture'. It made my eyes huge like that so I played around with it for awhile. I'll have to look into it when I get home.
