woke up to find this little guy trapped in the swimming pool!he,s out now up in a tall pine drying out,lol

Lucky for the squirrel you noticed, otherwise he would have drowned.

A few years back I repeatedly had to rescue racoons out of my pool. I ended up leaving poles and ropes in the pool in order that they might climb out by themselves.

poor little guy looks miserable. I bet he was exhausted, probably treading water all night!

Looks like he was swimming mighty good. Would have tired out sooner or later.

Lots of good karma going your way for squirrel rescue. Poor little guy literally looks like a drowned rat. Glad you got to him in time!

Glad to see I'm not the only one pulling animals out of odd places.. Heh.. Did his fur turn green after he was dry?

..Oh boy would that suck to pull a dead raccoon out of your pool.. Yuck..

Joe...I think the fates are pointing you in a direction...animal well fare maybe your calling! First a duck and now a squirrel...you seem to be the guardian of all the great and small these days!
