DPL Round 2 kicks off this week with The Four Elements II challenge.

The comments issue on workshop images has been resolved as best as possible. Images within hidden collections will no longer show on the comments made/received page. Collections created under workshop (or other hidden collections) will be automatically hidden. Please be careful when moving collections around -- be aware of the state of the collection (whether it's hidden or visible).

I'll be putting up the new (and fixed) scheduled matches page tomorrow and some other new stuff this week.

So, how does round 2 work exactly? What if a team looses in round 1. We wont know that until round 2 has begun voting, yes?

It's a round robin for the first part of the season, so it doesn't matter. You play every other team in your division.

Um... I have no idea what this means.

Your team is in a division as shown on the standings page:
//www.dpchallenge.com/league/league_current_standings.php

Each week for 5 weeks, your team plays one of the other teams in your division. When every team plays every other team, it's called a "round robin tournament."

As opposed to where if you lose once, you're out, which is called "single elimination."

After the round robin, they take the top teams and do a single elimination tournament.

But during the round robin, it doesn't matter how do you week to week - you just move on to playing the next team.

You can see the schedule here:

It *does* matter, but just not for where or who you play in the following week. It matters greatly for whether or not you actually play in the playoffs, however.

This thing of DPL is really funny. It's my first participation and it's great.
One thing that I would like to see if it's not very costful is that in the team profile page you can see who is connected, just like in the threads. This way in a place you can see the "on-lined" people of your team. As I am the only european of my team and the rest are from USA this will be a nice improvement for me.

Thanks for making DPL possible.

Álex.

I don't know if this has been suggested before, but is there a possibility to add the private-topic on the profile-pages? That way it's easier for me to check new replies.

Thanks

I made a suggestion to add a link to the discussion thread under the drop down menu under League but apparently its not an idea thats something needed. I was reminded that its on the home page down at the bottom. But I rarely use the front page when accessing the site except to see an update button when I have one.
