Has anyone here ever used Picture Window pro?

It seems to be an alternative to Photoshop Elements and Paintshop pro, pricewise, although, from a technical point of view it appears to be better, maybe, than either.

For those without a Photopshop CS3 budget, it sounds like a good alternative.

Any opinions on this photo editing app?

another high quality FREE option is GIMP, it does pretty much what photoshop does...

Thanks Di - I know about the Gimp - I've got it, but I've found it difficult to learn for some reason.

Paint.Net is getting good reviews. Here's a forum thread on it.

And here is the website.

Seems to be a lot easier than Gimp, but still free.
