I got the coolest birthday gifts EVER!

So, today I got 2 boxes in the mail from Amazon.com. I knew who they were from... my best friend (the one I am going to visit next week!) She always sends the coolest stuff from Amazon. As I tore into the boxes... I imagined all the cool kitchen gadgets that could be in the box!

To my suprise, there was something much cooler! I got 4 books that I have been dying to have!

I got David LaChapelle's - Heaven to Hell, David LaChapelle's - Hotel LaChapelle, David LaChapelle's - LaChapelle Land, and David LaChapelle's - David LaChapelle!!!

I have been lusting over these books for months and I finally got them! I got a chance to browse through them briefly, but I can't wait to sit down and look at them in depth. They are beyond beautiful!

I love this guy and he does such amazing work... if you have never seen his work, you have to check him out! He works with celebs and has some of the most off the wall and weird stuff. When I grow up, I want to be like him! :D

So, yeah... I am so loved! Ooh, I also got the pink Nintendo DS, Brain Age, some candies, and a sewing machine. Oh and the round trip ticket to see my best friend in Portland! I'm lucky! :)

I figured I would share my joy over the books here, since most people would look at them and say, "Oh... books - wow", we understand the joy of photography books! haha

Friendly warning to others: If you are at work and they don't like you viewing nudes this is NOT SAFE FOR WORK.

LOL Yea the thought kicked in as the front page was loading, swiftly closed it before the entire page loaded.

Thanks! Yeah, my birthday is today... I'm 28.

I love the books... I can't wait til the kids go to bed so I can sit with my hubby and look at them all!!! They are amazing! :)

Ohhhhhh, Happy Birthday!!! I hope you had a great day! I know you will get hours of pleasure looking at your new books. Today seems to be a very popular day to be born. We know several people who's birthday is today.
